RATES

Rates are based on an hourly rate and an estimate of the time to complete the project or task plus expenses incurred. Hourly rates are billed in 15-minute increments.

Contract to Close plans/billing are set as followed:

• New Listing Plan $90. Billed after completion of input
• Buyer Closing Plan $135. Billed after closing or 30 days after execution of contract
• Listing Closing Plan $150. Billed after closing or 30 days after execution of contract

Hourly individual services charged a rate of $15 per hour

Payment
I accept payment via Paypal, Check, or Cash

Billing
Invoices will be sent via email on the 1st and 15th of every month. Payment is due one week from invoice date. Example: If home closes on the 10th, you will be billed on the 15th.
