Buyer Closing Plan $135
Check contract for correct signatures and forms
Fill out new transaction form
Introduction email and contract to OA, Title Co, Listing agent and client
Email preferred inspectors to client
Schedule inspection
Send amendments to Title Co and Lender
Option period reminder email to agent
Order home warranty
Email "buyer's info" to client (includes movers, utility companies, change of address form)
Coordinate and schedule closing
Email closing instructions to client (time, location, what to bring, etc.)
Send final HUD to OA

Listing Closing Plan $150
Check contract for correct signatures and forms
Fill out new transaction form
Intro email and contract to OA, Title Co, Buyer’s agent and client
Put listing to OPT or PND in MLS and CSS
Remind agent of option period
Update with Title Co, Buyer’s agent and agent
Change listing to PND after option period if necessary
Any amendments to Title Co, OA, and agent
Email “seller’s info” to client (includes list of movers, change of address form)
Coordinate and schedule closing
Email closing instructions to client (time, location, what to bring, etc.)
Update MLS and CSS with SOLD info
Send final HUD to OA
